This can be as simple as a single sheet of 8.5 x 11 paper or fancy cardstock with your logo embossed on it. The important thing is to include the following information:
- Your business name and simple, clear instructions for how to send back the Testimonial (email, phone).
- Use the “3-2-1” Approach to get clear, specific responses from your customers:
- What are 3 ways we helped you today? (A sentence or two for each is all we need!)
- What are 2 ways we can improve?
- What’s the 1 best way to get a hold of you? (To help us get the word out, can we print your comments about us? We may need to edit them for space, but we’ll make sure to get your approval first. [provide a space for their email and phone number]
